Order Payment
All payments can be made by Check, Money Order or PayPal. If payment is made by check or money order, payment must be received before your order is processed. Checks should be made out to Raisin Cane.
Shipping
Raisin Cane Gifts offers great value and easy options. We do not build the cost of shipping into the price of our themed gift baskets and gift products. Our shipping, delivery and processing charges are meant to cover the costs associated with delivering the product to you safely and undamaged.
Standard Shipping and Processing Your purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center, to arrive within two to six business days of receipt of the order. For customers wishing to ship orders to AK, HI, US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Sales Department at (440) 799-4325. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Standard shipping rates/shipping charges per address: Most
purchases, except those requiring in home delivery via standard ground
service and in home delivery via White Glove ground service, are
shipped to arrive at your desired shipping address within five business
days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by
e-mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Totaling your order: Merchandise total + delivery charge
per address (see chart below) + $15.00 for rush delivery (if
applicable) + extra delivery surcharge for larger items (amount is
listed in parentheses after the item price if applicable) + sales tax

Back Orders In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will sip back ordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or e-mail.

Return Policy
Many Raisin Cane Gift products are perishable, so we regret we cannot accept returns on these items. However, we can and will offer to work with you until you are satisfied. If a non-perishable item is purchased, not the entire basket contents, and is defective or broken, please call us immediately at (440) 799-4325 to let us know so we can work with you to rectify this.

Upon receipt, we will credit your charge card or issue store credit to apply toward future orders. Return freight charges must be paid by the customer. We suggest that you insure your package for the appropriate amount and ship via a carrier that offers package tracking such as USPS.
For security reasons any unidentifiable packages will be refused.
